Parents' Voice is an open forum for parents and carers to informally meet with Mrs Tonks, Mrs West and various other staff to share views and constructively discuss ways in which we can help to support and improve the school.
Parents' Voice is not about fundraising or governing the school, it's about creating a platform for parent's voices to be heard, creating opportunities for parents to be involved in school matters, encouraging parents as volunteers and improving communications between the school and the parents/community.
Some of the issues we have discussed and contributed to are:
- parking and traffic issues around school
- school dinners
- end-of-year report formats
So, if you have an opinion about any of these issues, or others, please come and join us to give your input in order to positively influence the school.
Look out for the dates in the newsletters and text alerts. We even get a mention on the FISH Facebook page!
